Biography
Now here is Experiment that backfired in amazing way; 320 was design-ed to depress people with torrential downpour. However, all it did was make peoples grateful for rain in parched areas. He is born not of my Genius DNA, but rather that of the Cumulonumbusi from the planet Vaporia; a planet of perpetual storms.
One True Place
However, once activated near Old Lady's House, the two became inseparable. He provides rain for her crops as they become sold to market.
